Please read the warranty before buying the professional Soopa Pen S5 with the built-In battery.
These built-in batteries can easily be overcharged and battery will be depleted overtime. (How to know your battery is depleted : device will come on but will not work)
Charging time should be +-20min or until the light turns green on the pen – do not operate the pen while the pen is charging as this will also deplete the battery.
Defects caused by the user will void Warranty.ie:
- Overcharging of the battery
- Electric current connection default
- Dropping the unit
- Miss-use of the device
- Attempt to dismantle and repair, Please note all Pens with built-in batteries will deplete overtime when continuously overcharged. Pens with built in batteries cannot be used while charging this will deplete the battery and the pen will diev – these batteries cannot be replaced. Batteries are not included in the Warranty.
The Soopa Pen T6 has a 12 month Warranty offered by Soopa Skin International provided the above criteria is adhered to in this period.
Damages (defaults) prescribed other than the above requires that your device is returned to Soopa Skin International. Thereafter, we will investigate cause of failure. In the event of manufacturing defect the unit will be replaced immediately within the 6 month period.
