We hope that you will be satisfied with all purchases of Soopa Skin International products made from our online store. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then please follow the steps set out below.
If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email: hello@soopaskin.co.za prior to sending your parcel back. We accept returns on all orders, as long as you notify us within 7 days of receipt that you're wanting to return your order. You then have a further 7 days to physically return the products.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is damaged. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.
Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. If items are received back damaged, or missing items we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving the item back. Please ensure that faulty items are returned in a clean condition.
If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. Please note that we will only cover the cost of standard shipping for this. If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Soopa Skin International within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
The provision of goods and services by Soopa Skin International is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Soopa Skin International will contact you with options
Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Soopa Skin International.
All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product.
If you receive the incorrect product you must contact Soopa Skin International within one working day. We will check our systems to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the incorrect product for the one actually ordered on our account.
